“The paved coastal trail winds along dramatic sea cliffs to a lighthouse at the southeastern corner of Oahu. The views of the Windward Coast and Rabbit Island are outstanding at any hour, but the winter whale watching is the real draw — humpbacks pass close enough to this headland that binoculars are almost unnecessary.”
